Urban Gardens 3: Gardening For Your Karma
with Eugene Cooke
Workshop - Saturday July 17, 3 - 5 PM
At The Grain Projects's Jerome Park CommUnity Learning Garden

Karma, the Law of the Circle, you reap what you sow - call it what you like! Gardening can be an integral part of your spiritual practice.

Join us as Eugene discusses non-dogmatic philosophy about the concept of karma and how we can get back in touch with the seasons, cycles of the moon and our own center through gardening.
Learn how the garden encourages a cleaner diet, sharing & giving and helps us to reconnect to our center. Eugene will inspire you with both ideas and practical information to begin connecting growing food with your health and wellness

A portion of proceeds will be donated to The Grain Project, a non-profit organization that promotes unified, healthy, sustainable communities through farmers' markets, community gardens, and public art.
